- Even on cold mornings...only warm your car up for 30-45 seconds max.
- Don't start and stop engine often..only when needed.
- Never 'rev' the engine.
- Accelerate at a slow pace when starting from a dead stop.
- Buy gasoline during the morning or late evening during coolest time of day when gasoline is densest.
- Choose type and brand of gasoline carefully, choose the brands which seems more beneficial.
- Avoid filling gas tank to the top...leave it just a bit shy of full.
- Exceeding 70 km/hr forces your car to overcome huge wind resistance.
- Don't speed.
- Drive a manual car.
